About NIE

"Laying the foundation of society's progress begins with nurturing the roots through early childhood education."

Dr. Maria Montessori

Senthil Public School follows the Montessori method of education for its Pre-School children. The Montessori method of Education was founded by Dr. Maria Montessori, an Italian physician when she became interested in the study of children’s learning and began to develop a philosophy of education now known as the Montessori Method.

The Montessori education approach is a comprehensive educational approach from birth to adulthood, based on the observation of children’s needs in a variety of cultures all around the world. Dr. Maria Montessori developed this educational approach based on her understanding of children’s natural learning tendencies.
