“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” It is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony. A few yoga practitioners of our school bagged medals and certificates in the state level and a few got selected in the National Level Competition.
Winners:
Aswinkrish of Class IX, Sivaprasanna of Class XII won Gold Medal in State level Competition.
Shrilaya of Class VI , Jenikasri of Class VI , Surya of class VII, Mousitha of class VII, Pravega of Class VII, Kavyasree of class VII, Jaswanth of class VIII, Chiezhiyan of Class VIII , Sanganidhi of Class VIII, Pratishtha of class VIII, Jaisurya of class IX, Darshan of class X, Srisai of II, Agasthiya of class I, Nehasree of class I, Sujithmugilan of Class XI & Azhaginiya of Class IX won Silver Medal in the State level Competition.
Anu of Class VI won Bronze Medal in the State level competition.
