we had an opportunity to take our students of class 12 CP (150 students) to an industrial visit to AAVIN dairy industry, Sithanur, Salem. This field trip was organised with the goal of making students understand the processing of milk and its various products.
The trip provided a hands-on learning experience allowing students to engage directly with the process of milk. We sought to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. This field trip was designed not only to reinforce classroom teachings but also to inspire curiosity and foster a greater appreciation for the gain of practical knowledge. This experience was intended to enhance student's comprehension and stimulate their interest in the field of study, ultimately supporting their educational growth and development.
