The float vs sink and dessolution activities were conducted for the children. Children learned that objects with lower density than water float and those with higher density sink.

Interesting facts: 

Frozen water (ice) is lighter than water, hence it floats in water. 

A trillion tons of water is evaporated every day by the Sun!
